Susan Brückner has more than ten years of experience in strategic communications and consultation planning. She has designed and managed comprehensive communications, marketing and public consultation programs for some of British Columbia’s most complex energy and transportation infrastructure projects. Before joining Lucent, Susan was Director, Community Relations for a publicly traded renewable energy company where she developed and managed the company’s community relations and environmental programs. Susan also worked for a Vancouver-based communications and public consultation agency for six years where she designed and implemented a range of communications and public consultation strategies for public and private sector clients.

Susan sits on the leadership committee for the British Columbia chapter of Room to Read, a global organization that seeks to transform the lives of millions of children in developing countries by focusing on literacy and gender equality in education.
